As the body’s protective outer shell, our skin puts up with a lot of harmful elements every day. Our skin is exposed to harsh UV radiation and undergoing sun damage. Apart from external factors like sun rays and pollution skin ageing is sometime also determined by the inherited genes. Some of the common signs of unhealthy skin are tanning, blotchy complexion, eczema, acne mark, dry skin, pigmentation, problems. We don’t say a flawless exterior is impossible but it definitely takes effort.
